1. Входите в панель управления > управление дизайном > Глобальные блоки. Создаете блок под именем SOFT
2. Впишите в визуальном редакторе там где вы хотите увидеть этот блок $GLOBAL_SOFT$
3. В шаблоне блока "SOFT" напишите следующий код:
